A long-overdue thank you to our wonderful realtor, Milana Cizmar. We met Milana in 2011 as we began our search for a real estate agent who could assist us in moving from condo life to home ownership. We instantly connected with Milana’s friendly and professional demeanour. When we found our home, it was love at first site. A two-story, red-brick home with a red front door in West Etobicoke. Milana approached a very challenging offer meeting with the sellers with calm and a level of professionalism only an agent with Milana’s experience and grace could deliver. We successfully bought the house! Milana provided us with an excellent analysis of her pricing methodology and staging recommendations for our condo sale. We priced fairly according to Milana’s guidance, and our condo sold within 3 days of listing and over ask! We were thrilled!Fast forward six years and two little boys later, we reached out to Milana again as we were ready to begin our search for a bigger home. Milana was so patient as we took our time looking at properties and different neighbourhoods. Our search took us to the west side of Mississauga, and one late November weekend we stumbled upon our home. Beautiful and bright, lovely street, great area with lots of amenities, beautiful community centre. We were very excited! Milana was very positive and calm, and walked us through the offer process step-by-step, just as she did with our first home. By the end of the weekend, we had purchased our dream home! The prospect of preparing our first house for sale was truly daunting. Milana met with us to present her pricing analysis and recommendations for listing our home – we set a goal to purge, declutter and stage within one week, and list our home before Christmas. This was no easy task with two young children, and a relatively cluttered home. But we did it! With Milana’s guidance and ever-present encouragement, we met our goal – the house looked great, was on the market within a week, and sold before Christmas for more than we had anticipated! We moved to our new home in March and have settled in with our two boys. We can’t thank Milana enough for all her support, knowledge, skill and professionalism in our real estate transactions.
